Brought car in for repair of wiper pump inoperative Thursday morning at 7:30. Received phone call from Dylan that the part will be in the following morning and they can keep car overnight and he would Thursday morning at 7:30. I didn't receive a call in the morning of the status of the repair so I dropped in after 2 pm and the car had been sitting there with nothing done. More
