Great Car Buying Experience! Friendly Trustworthy Staff! Dishonest and heartless! Purchased a certified used 2017 Murano last Friday. I made the mistake of not doing a very thorough inspection of every fine little detail of the car. Purchased a certified used 2017 Murano last Friday. I made the mistake of not doing a very thorough inspection of every fine little detail of the car. I drove 3 hours to pick it up after agreeing on a price. Upon arrival, the car was parked in an unlit area for my inspection. I agreed to purchase it. They ran my credit and me and my husband had a 835 credit score. They told me that since it was late i had to take a high rate of interest. We almost left and so he than said he could lower the rate so we proceeded. Got in the car and realized the navigation was not working so the salesman had to take a chip out of the other car at the dealer. Drove home and pulled in my garage and to my surprise there were cracks all over the passenger headlight, the USB port broken and there wasn't even car mats! I was so upset and called the dealer first thing in the morning. The used car salesman refused to help me and said " i cant prove anything" Not only do i not get the headlight fixed but they wont even give me floor mats! i called again and they agreed to sell me one for $785. Are you serious?! Screwing a mother right before Christmas. More

From the most amazing salesman Chris Rocke and to all of the friendly staff you truly deserve an amazing r I truly love the Uftring Nissan Dealership! From the most amazing salesman Chris Rocke and to all of the friendly staff you truly deserve an amazing rating! The service department is absolutely exceptional! All you have to do is pull your car in the garage for service and hand your keys to the guy at the desk. They then handle everything from there. They have an awesome shuttle service that will take you to and from work! The service writer then contacts you later in the day to say what they did to your car and how much it will cost or if it is covered by warranty! I then take the shuttle back and they drop you off in the garage and you sign the papers and your car is waiting for you! I have just sat and waited on an oil change to be done and I was out in a timely fashion and I even got free soda and a snack! Keep up the good work! More

Our Nissan Experiance We have purchased four Nissans to date. The first one was a Rogue which was a quality car but proved to be too small. After 9000 miles we looked at the Murano and bought a new one in 2009 from Tim Puentes. Tim made the trade rather painless and we left feeling good about the deal. Since then we bought a Sentra for our grand daughter from Tim and once again he showed us that he is not just selling cars to people but helps them in making a major purchase. This past month another Murano joined the family with the help of Tim. He is a first class person. More
