Friendly people took care of us with a very human touch. I believe my experience was very unique for me as a customer as well as for Uftring sales people as the sellers. Despite their efforts it was not possible in the end to achieve this, but they showed interest and never gave up until all possible solutions were exhausted. Finally I was able to sell my vehicle at its country of origin and then I was able to get a new car with Uftring. However, after a week and a half driving my new vehicle, I was not entirely convinced that the version I got was the right one for me and my family. Therefore we decided to exercise the 30 day warranty they provide so you are completely happy with your new car. Jasen and his team assisted us with all the details about taking the car back and getting the one with all the features we wanted. They always acted on a very professional level and for that I personally thank Jasen and his team for their support. More
