They had called me that my part was in, in May. I scheduled my appointment July, we live 2 hours away and was in Peoria visiting our son for the 4th. We got to dealer, waited 45 minutes and they I scheduled my appointment July, we live 2 hours away and was in Peoria visiting our son for the 4th. We got to dealer, waited 45 minutes and they came and said sorry, we don’t have your part, but giving you a car wash. They were very nice, but obviously they gave our part to someone else. Now they are reordering it. More

The work done on my car seems to have been done properly, which I appreciate. However, communication from the service department was absolutely terrible.
