They had swapped out some rims on the vehicle I was purchasing and after a thorough test drive they determined these rims did not meet their standards. They then installed rims and tires that met their standards. I had to leave town and before I picked the vehicle up I had let them know that I had a dinner meeting to get to. The paperwork was ready to go when I arrived. Furthermore they matched all the other dealerships with the price of my trade in with pictures of the car only.
