No follow through once they have your money. Omar arranged the shipping of my vehicle and it arrived damaged. After months contacting dealer trying to get claim form information, I got it repaired and paid for it. Found out transport company was not insured! Mechanic also found shotty work from recent damage (from the time I viewed photos of the car, paid for it in full, but before the driver picked it up). Damage was never disclosed to me which is illegal in Texas and didn’t allow me the opportunity to decide if I would have still gone forward with the sale or not. $4k later car has been repaired all while it was in the responsibility of the dealership and/or transporters and they simply ignore all the evidence. More

The online sale was fine. I would have like to have been better communicated with during the process of the sale and when the vehicle would have been shipped. Also there were cosmetic deficiencies on the vehicle that were not shown on the video review that I would have appreciated to have known. Also the sales manager was not so pleasant and never returned my call when I asked for an update. That was unprofessional. More

BUYER BEWARE! They bribe you to take down bad reviews (I was offered $1,500 but then would have to sign a legal document not sharing my bad experience anywhere. The short version: They sold me a vehicle with thousands of dollars in existing issues. The long version: I live in Austin, so I had Anthony do a FaceTime tour of a Tesla Model X with me. He reiterated again and again how clean the vehicle was. Zooming in on a tiny little paint chip here or there, but everything else was "great." I bought the vehicle and had it shipped to Austin. First time driving it, I knew there were issues. 1. The A/C didn't work at all (huuuuge problem in a hot state like Texas.) 2. The vehicle, after driving for a bit, would go into "creep mode" where it wouldn't accelerate and said it needed to be taken in for service. 3. The passenger's rear side of the vehicle was covered in hail damage. It's cosmetic, but wasn't disclosed and majorly affects the re-sale value of the car. I contacted Anthony right away (literally day 1) to let him know about these 3 issues. No response. Gave it some time, pinged him again. No response. Weeks go by, and it's not until I left a 1-star review that all of a sudden they reached out and wanted to help...but only if I would take down the review. So I took it down because if they wanted to make it right, then I'm good with that. By this point, my vehicle was at the Tesla service center. When the bill came back for $2,500, they only offered to cover $1,500 because the vehicle "didn't have any issues" when it was with them Now my vehicle is in the shop for a second time because there was still the acceleration issue, so it's actually $3,700 total to get these issues fixed (not counting the body damage.) Very, very disappointing car buying experience and a super painful lesson that these guys either don't test the vehicles they get in...or they do and they lie about the condition they are in. Either way, buyer beware. More

Purchased a 2017 Cayenne S direct thru Anthony. Went over the car with Anthony and Robert thru many emails and phone calls, did paperwork and then I sent a wire transfer and had the car picked up. At delivery to me I noted all 4 tires were wore to the base rubber no tread on the outer 3 inches on all the tires. I left Anthony a message of the issue. Right front had cords showing thru the edge. Robert had assured me during the sales process the tore were all at 50 percent. On the way to the tire shop for a quote, I noticed the engine temps running at 225, normal for this model is 200 on the gauge. This is our 7th Cayenne, I knew exactly that it was the radiator flaps actuator not opening, a actuator motor goes bad, $1000 to fix. Talked to Anthony the next day, he called me back, and we ended up agreeing he would send me $1000 check for the 2 issues. 2 weeks later no check, I call Anthony it must be lost in the mail he said give it time. Another week I call back he says I'll send you a Zelle for the $1000, a week goes by nothing. I call him and he says payment must have been lost with other Zelle payments. Another week and no payment. He won't return my calls at this point 6 weeks later. Not a man of his word. More
