The short version: They sold me a vehicle with thousands of dollars in existing issues. The long version: I live in Austin, so I had Anthony do a FaceTime tour of a Tesla Model X with me. He reiterated again and again how clean the vehicle was. Zooming in on a tiny little paint chip here or there, but everything else was "great." I bought the vehicle and had it shipped to Austin. First time driving it, I knew there were issues. 1. The A/C didn't work at all (huuuuge problem in a hot state like Texas.) 2. The vehicle, after driving for a bit, would go into "creep mode" where it wouldn't accelerate and said it needed to be taken in for service. 3. The passenger's rear side of the vehicle was covered in hail damage. It's cosmetic, but wasn't disclosed and majorly affects the re-sale value of the car. I contacted Anthony right away (literally day 1) to let him know about these 3 issues. No response. Gave it some time, pinged him again. No response. Weeks go by, and it's not until I left a 1-star review that all of a sudden they reached out and wanted to help...but only if I would take down the review. So I took it down because if they wanted to make it right, then I'm good with that. By this point, my vehicle was at the Tesla service center. When the bill came back for $2,500, they only offered to cover $1,500 because the vehicle "didn't have any issues" when it was with them Now my vehicle is in the shop for a second time because there was still the acceleration issue, so it's actually $3,700 total to get these issues fixed (not counting the body damage.) Very, very disappointing car buying experience and a super painful lesson that these guys either don't test the vehicles they get in...or they do and they lie about the condition they are in. Either way, buyer beware. More

Purchased a 2017 Cayenne S direct thru Anthony. Went over the car with Anthony and Robert thru many emails and phone calls, did paperwork and then I sent a wire transfer and had the car picked up. At delivery to me I noted all 4 tires were wore to the base rubber no tread on the outer 3 inches on all the tires. I left Anthony a message of the issue. Right front had cords showing thru the edge. Robert had assured me during the sales process the tore were all at 50 percent. On the way to the tire shop for a quote, I noticed the engine temps running at 225, normal for this model is 200 on the gauge. This is our 7th Cayenne, I knew exactly that it was the radiator flaps actuator not opening, a actuator motor goes bad, $1000 to fix. Talked to Anthony the next day, he called me back, and we ended up agreeing he would send me $1000 check for the 2 issues. 2 weeks later no check, I call Anthony it must be lost in the mail he said give it time. Another week I call back he says I'll send you a Zelle for the $1000, a week goes by nothing. I call him and he says payment must have been lost with other Zelle payments. Another week and no payment. He won't return my calls at this point 6 weeks later. Not a man of his word. More

Waited over 24 hours for paperwork on a supposed pre-approved loan had to send the night, hotel, etc. Check engine light came on, check brakes light came on after 100 miles. Brakes were 2 mil, AdBl pre-approved loan had to send the night, hotel, etc. Check engine light came on, check brakes light came on after 100 miles. Brakes were 2 mil, AdBlue nozzle leaking into exhaust, obviously for a long time clogging exhaust, not covered by warranty purchased cost me $2,500. Poor service, no vehicle maintenance. I wish I had never purchased there. More

I bought a 2020 Tesla S in JAN (remotely) from Anthony. The car was presented and photographed with no damage. The CarFax listed an accident with a bicycle stating "no damage" to the Tesla. When the car arrived the hood was damaged on both sides, bent, paint cracked and dented. The shipper provided before and after photographs. The before photos from Ultimate's lot show the damage. I have written Ultimate four times and no one has responded. My last memo included a estimate from the local Tesla authorized body shop for $4543.75. The purchase documents include numerous "as is" disclaimers. jim More

Anthony was very courteous but mislead me about the spare key, and owners manual that I specifically asked about in text, and he responded yes to both questions.(12-22-25) But the spare key is for a differen key, and owners manual that I specifically asked about in text, and he responded yes to both questions.(12-22-25) But the spare key is for a different car, i3 model, NOT the i8 that I bought! I had the local dealership look up the keys vin# which confirms is for a different car. Also, no manual in the car and in text, he said it was in the car! (12-30-25)I got a response from there team, the first time I complained to Anthony, but when I responded to That response and sending a screen shot of the text where Anthony acknowledged the Owners Manual and spare key, but no response to that email as of (1-10-26) Otherwise, the car is actually in good condition per our dealership, but left a bad taste in my mouth, regarding lying about the manual and key!, More
