Great experience! Easiest car buying process I have ever had! Saw the vehicle on line and emailed the dealer with a few questions. I called the dealership the next day and spoke with Larry who answered more questions and was honest and forthcoming throughout the negotiations. We were able to agree on a price for the new car as well as a very fair price for my trade in within a total of fifteen minutes! Drove 2 1/2 hours the next morning to Ultimo Motors, test drove the car and was out of there 1 1/2 hours later with a fantastic vehicle for a super price! Hard to find is an understatement. My fiancee found it on Ultimo Motors wedsite through an Autotrader ad. The car was in great shape... and Auburn metallic! The price was deasonable and Larry LaCoste was very easy to deal with over the phone and via email and text. I jumped on it. Since we live in Cleveland we made a weekend adventure out of it and took the Amtrak up to Union Station and a commuter Metra train to Naperville. Larry picked us up at the Naperville train station in our "new" car. Everything was so fast and simple... Larry treated us like long lost friends. This is my 72nd car purchase... and it ranks at the top in every category. way to go Ultimo and Larry! More

I found a car on Ultimo’s web site that I was interested in and asked a friend that had purchased two cars in the past from Ultimo who he worked with in sales. I then connected with Larry LaCoste and from there it was like pushing the easy button. The purchase price and trade value were established over the phone and through photographs and a deposit was made to hold the car. I live four hours from Ultimo but a business trip to Chicago the next week allowed me to inspect the car, which was exactly as represented in Ultimo’s web site description and photographs, and complete the transaction. I purchased the car on a Thursday and my car was picked up by the transport carrier the next day and arrived at my home in Michigan on Monday. They even picked up my trade. Like I said it was a very easy process. Everyone at Ultimo that I worked with were professional and very helpful. I will definitely be working with Larry again and Ultimo when I want to find another toy or daily driver. I highly recommend reaching out to Larry and Ultimo for your next vehicle. - Dave Burley More
