When he called back he asked a few more questions for Mike the finance manager. When he called the 3rd time my financing was done and I went to the dealership and signed the paperwork with Bernie and Aldo and drove home. It was easy and everyone was friendly, welcoming and nice. New car purchase...thanks Victor Caputo On September 20th 2017 I visited my Union County KIA dealer because I needed a "dummy" key cut so that if I locked the KIA fob inside the car I could On September 20th 2017 I visited my Union County KIA dealer because I needed a "dummy" key cut so that if I locked the KIA fob inside the car I could open the car and get in. But while I was at the dealership I sought to find out what new car specials were at the time and what was the value of my 2011 KIA Soul with 109,000 miles. I first met Ed the sales manager who hooked me up with Victor Caputo...Well to make a long story short I went in to get a $5.00 key and left in a NEW car! There were end of year, end of month, and financing incentives on buying a 2017 model and the trade-in value offered for my car was fair. I am NOT NEW to the whole hocus pocus in selling trading or buying a new vehicle. I am 66 years old. I have worked both the corporate side (driving corporate cars) and the private side dealing with personal and my businesses and buying numerous cars and trucks. However, like many of us, I am always skeptical of the "sales pitch" we have been accustomed to over the years... Well this was NOT the case in negotiating a deal with Vic and Ed!!! We ALL worked HARD at arriving at a deal that was fair to all of the parties!!! And, isn't that the point of any effective deal? I have to tell you that I have crossed paths with MANY corporate and personal contacts. Most I like and there are a few that are just idiots. But I had such a good time in working with Vic. We shared many business and personal stories that I can say we both mutually benefitted from... He is a stand up guy... So THANKS VIC! Thanks for being a kind and caring person that made me feel I was not only part of the KIA family but yours as well... As I have aged I find it harder and harder to find people like Vic!! You should get to know him!!! I would be remiss in not acknowledging the rest of the team at KIA. Because without the involvement of these individuals the sales transaction would have not been a success...
