Excellent experience with Brandon Jolly! We knew the car and specs we wanted and started our search online for inventory. This led us to Union County Kia and I submitted a request for a quote. I was then contacted by Brandon Jolly via email. We exchanged email over the next couple days as I had a number of questions about the car, pricing, and financing. Brandon responded promptly to all of my questions and quoted me an OTD price. I never felt any type of sales pressure, which is a big plus for me. I just wanted information and he provided it. We then made the decision to purchase the car on a Saturday. We live about 2.5 hours away and weren't going to be able to make it to the dealership until around 7pm that night. Although that was about the time Brandon would be leaving, he said he would wait for us. He got the car ready and took care of some of the administration work ahead of time. Once we arrived, he showed us the car and we took it for a test drive. We gave it a thumbs-up and then proceeded with the paperwork. After the paperwork was complete, Brandon spent another hour with us, explaining more features of the car and setting up the Apple Car Play feature for us. All in all, he stayed an extra 3+ hours, patiently answering all of our questions and ensuring we were completely satisfied with our new purchase and experience. I had been to three different brand dealerships from Charlotte to Fort Mill and I was ready to give up. So tired of being held captive and not seeing the price online OR the price I was told hours and hours before. I went there prepared to be tough, no games. I didn't need to though! They were wonderful! The cars were the price shown online, and I was in a car for a test drive in minutes! Every SINGLE person we came in contact with went out of their way to greet us, offer us something, etc. NOT just the sales person working with us (who was also very nice). They have hired a great group of people that are genuinely friendly and personable to everyone they come in contact with. Talk about hospitality and customer service - A+! They really care about the total customer experience and it shows.
