Was not looking to get another vehicle, but my vehicle had a few issues. At my last scheduled oil change, I asked for replacement filters to install myself. I was made to be late for work because the tech didn't follow the instructions and replaced the filters anyway. I got wrot filters to install myself. I was made to be late for work because the tech didn't follow the instructions and replaced the filters anyway. I got wrote up for being more than an hour late to work. In 40 years, I have NEVER been late. I will only be using your dealership once a year to keep my warranty valid. I will NOT buy another car from this dealership More
