I bought a brand new 2013 Kia Optium fully loaded on 9/27/2013. I spoke to Taiwon prior to coming to Indian Trail and gave him all my information and my expectation and he had my car ready to test drive 9/27/2013. I had gone into to Kia just to talk and see if they could compare to the price i was quoted by another AND my mother also has purchased 2 Kia's. Has a Kia Soul and she loves it..
