I prefer dealerships where you can calmly walk through the stock and form your own opinion. Without that endless background noise where they try to lead you by the hand before you have even figured out wh the stock and form your own opinion. At Unique Auto Mall, I was able to focus on the vehicles themselves, not on somebody else’s pitch. More
Their website structure is clear, there is a solid emphasis on used inventory, trade-in, financing, and all of that adds up to the feeling that these people have not been in this business for just one emphasis on used inventory, trade-in, financing, and all of that adds up to the feeling that these people have not been in this business for just one day. You see vehicles there that do not feel like a random set pulled from an auction. There is a sense that the stock is gathered with understanding, not on the principle of just put out anything so there is som pulled from an auction. Material Misrepresentation & Ignored Communication - 2021 Porsche Cayenne GTS I am a New Canaan-based business owner who recently purchased a 2021 Porsche Cayenne GTS from Unique Auto Mall. While the sal Porsche Cayenne GTS I am a New Canaan-based business owner who recently purchased a 2021 Porsche Cayenne GTS from Unique Auto Mall. While the sales process was initially smooth, the post-sale experience has been a textbook case of material misrepresentation and a total failure of management. The Issue: I was charged a $1,998 "Unique Certification Bundle" fee under the explicit claim that the vehicle was fully serviced and "pre-conditioned." This was false. Upon connecting the vehicle to the Porsche Connect app, it revealed 50% oil life and an immediate "Service Due" warning. Furthermore, the vehicle's internal PCM logs show a 24,000-mile gap in service history, meaning this GTS was sold to me while being roughly 14,000 miles overdue for its critical $3,500 Major Service (Spark Plugs/Filters/Inspection). The Negligence: A service light came on the moment I prepared to leave the lot. I brought this to the attention of my salesperson, Levar, and was assured it would be handled. Since then, I have called 8 times over the last 48 hours and have been repeatedly dodged. To Management & Dunhill Auto Group: Charging a "Certification" fee for service work that was clearly not performed is a violation of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. More

Places like this build their reputation precisely through that: they do not tug at you, do not panic, do not start a circus when you do not buy within the first twenty minutes. that: they do not tug at you, do not panic, do not start a circus when you do not buy within the first twenty minutes. What I liked was walking through the rows. It is rare to see so many vehicles properly in one visit. The lot is large, the choice is obvious right away. I will say the following honestly: it is better to go there with a cool head and the habit of reading paperwork carefully, just like at any large used car place. But if you know how to ask questions and there with a cool head and the habit of reading paperwork carefully, just like at any large used car place. But if you know how to ask questions and are not shy about clarifying every number, you can buy a vehicle there just fine and not drive yourself crazy. That is exactly what I did. More
I go to Unique Auto Mall not for emotions, but when I want to quickly understand with my eyes whether the lot has taste. Here it does. I liked that the manager did not stick to me every two minutes with that constant "are we doing the paperwork yet". He let me walk around calmly, open things, sit inside, compare.
