He even offered to pick me up from my hotel and drive me to the dealership after I flew in! Upon my arrival, everyone I interacted with maintained this level of consideration and service. All my paperwork was finished by the time I arrived, and all that was left for me to do was sign contracts and make my way back home. This dealership had me drive 3. 5 hours to see a used car they told me was in excellent condition. I asked several times and told them to send pictures of any issues. They sent me a single image of a small scratch on the bumper. After a very long drive down to Alpharetta, the car had two cracks in the windshield, half the molding torn out of the top, nicks and scratches all over, the seats were damaged and the door handles didn't work. They then tried to sell me another used car instead (bait and switch I guess). The manager even stated in a final F.U. to me that he would just sell the car at auction rather than help with major repairs. Had to drive another 3.5 hours back home. More
