I scheduled a late appointment so that it would get done quicker. I got a message asking me to come in earlier because they weren't busy. I did that and was told when I got to the dealership that it was goi quicker. I got a message asking me to come in earlier because they weren't busy. I did that and was told when I got to the dealership that it was going to be an hour and a half wait. I would not have made that decision if I had known that the dealership was busy enough that they couldn't get an oil change done in 30 to 45 minutes. They also gave me a list of over $3000 worth of things that needed to be fixed on the car which did not need to be fixed. I do have a regular mechanic for my car. One of the things that they suggested replacing was literally replaced within the last few months. More
