I have always been interested in the Hyundai Veloster. James showed me a couple of the different model Velosters and I quickly feel in love with the 2016 Veloster turbo. I was able to take it for a test drive and every question I had about the vehicle he was able to answer it throughly. I was sold! I had a couple of complications when it came to the paperwork process but not once did I feel pressured into doing anything and he guided me through the whole thing. James is a very professional salesman with plenty of knowledge about the Hyundai brand. He is without a doubt someone I would recommend to go to if you are interested in buying a new car. More

2018 Genesis Sport This is my second Genesis, I had purchased the Genesis in 2015 thru the dealership in Lakeland. I went to the dealership at Universal Hyundai on the This is my second Genesis, I had purchased the Genesis in 2015 thru the dealership in Lakeland. I went to the dealership at Universal Hyundai on the 5th of May to change the oil on my vehicle, While I was waiting I saw the new Genesis G80 Sport with the color Sevilla Red and couldn't believe the change that had been made. I know one of the supervisors that work at this dealership, (Guillermo Faria) and he was very polite to me and just asked one of his sales people ( Frankie Martinez) to approach me since they saw me looking at the new Genesis and asked if I needed assistance. I told him I was impressed with the new look, he asked me if I would like to take a test drive, I told him that was not necessary that I knew how the Genesis felt on the road. I told him if the numbers were right that I would consider trading in my vehicle of only 29000 miles ridden for the new model. The rest is History, I purchased the new vehicle and within 2 days finished the transaction. The only thing I suggested to Frankie was that when I purchased my first 2015 Genesis that the dealer in Lakeland did give me 2 Keychains that were designed for Genesis and it made you feel even better to show off the key with the Logo. With this new model apparently this is not available now, I received only the Key Remote for the Keyless Ignition. But other then that I am so happy with my decision and would return if need be to purchase the next change in the Genesis of the future. Thank you! More

Unfortunately, I had a tire blow out today on the Pathfinder and called Universals Nissan's parts and service. I'm leaving on a trip shortly and needed fast service. They transferred me 3 times and I finally got someone's voice mail. The parts person actually said, "Isn't there a closer dealership for you?" Funny, Darrin in sales never said that., but don't worry Mr. Universal Parts, I'll never call Universal for sales or parts. A year of loyalty and referrals by me down the drain with parts and service people who didn't care. Goodyear has already replaced the tire. Robert Redford in finance was also terrific when we dealt with him. More
