BEST car buying experience EVER! Charlie and Carlos R. made this experience one I don't mind sharing with others. Carlos even went out in a rainstorm when he did not have to in order Charlie and Carlos R. made this experience one I don't mind sharing with others. Carlos even went out in a rainstorm when he did not have to in order to start getting cars for my wife to test drive once the storm ended. They both were super patient with us during the entire process and helped us feel very confident with our purchase in the end. Carlos was so detailed with teaching me and my wife everything about this car and this made her feel so much better about purchasing this car. We have never purchased a car and someone take so much time explaining things. He made us feel like we were the only people buying a car in that dealership that day.He never made us feel rushed or in the way. I can't say enough nice things about this duo AND would easily purchase another car from them again. My mother in law will be looking for a new vehicle in the near future and we will most likely have her drive over from St. Pete to purchase it here because we trust the people we have worked with. This is our 2nd time dealing with Charlie P...... we purchased a Sonata about 7 months ago and that is why we came back again. More

Great Easy experience I went in because I was due for a newer vehicle. My past experiences with dealerships weren't very pleasant however my friend bought from here and tol I went in because I was due for a newer vehicle. I went in and my sales person was Hector he was very nice and listened to my needs and made me feel comfortable. I got a used Hyundai and I'm extremely happy with it. My views on dealerships have changed and I will recommend to my friends. I usually don't go out of my way to write reviews however it was a pleasant experience. More
