Adam Revak, my sales consultant, was wonderful to work with - he explained all of the features of the car to include the indent Excellent experience. Adam Revak, my sales consultant, was wonderful to work with - he explained all of the features of the car to include the indented front seats so that passengers in the rear seats had room to stretch out their legs. He programmed my Bluetooth, reviewed the service and features of the car via the booklet, showed me all the workings of the dials and buttons on the dashboard, explained the tire pressure and that the tires are not filled with air. He went over every inch of the car and added that if I had any questions once returning home to let him know. My husband was also very impressed. Great team @ Universal! I walked in 10 mins before closing and since I was from out of town I was really wanting to get a new ride for my husband to surprise him for Christma I walked in 10 mins before closing and since I was from out of town I was really wanting to get a new ride for my husband to surprise him for Christmas! I was lucky that Frankie was the one to help me. Never once did I feel pressured to buy or pressured to hurry up. They stayed until after midnight and my husband got the best Christmas surprise ever! I highly recommend Universal Hyundai. Wish I lived closer (4hrs away) so we can do service through them. I may make still make an effort to bring it here for routine service! Love you Frankie.
