Instead, Jonathan Cruz was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process! When we arrived, we did not want to be pressured and followed around. Instead, he said "If you have any questions, just let me know" and did not pressure us. He was very friendly and informative about what I was interested in and even took the time to get to know me a bit better. This was my first time signing for a car and with all the help I had, was such an amazing experience. Jonathan took the time to find the best option for us and took a step further in advance as I went to look at cars, not expecting to be driving one away the same day.
