Terrible experience. I bought a lemon, and they will do nothing to help, still owe over 10,000 dollars which I will be paying 385.15 for the next two years for a car tha I bought a lemon, and they will do nothing to help, still owe over 10,000 dollars which I will be paying 385.15 for the next two years for a car that is totally unusable. The Santa Fe Sport is awful. I bought it with about 30,000 miles and certified thinking that it would be a good car and I have had nothing but problems and no one ever helped me with anything as far as issues with the car. The catalytic converter and muffler blew up on the car twice, very scary with my nephew in a car seat over where it blew up. I had to replace that twice. The air conditioning went out twice, and I've been without air for a year because I can't afford that and a payment. The paint is falling off the car, it's never been in an accident. The electric seats work when they want to. I am 5'3" my husband is 6'1", not helpful. I've been wanting to get rid of the car since about a year after I bought it. Certified Preowned means nothing to them, they say that nothing is covered by the warranty ever, they want to charge you hundreds of dollars to just look at it. Now to top it all off, the car started sputtering on the highway and the engine light came on and the engine has no power, so I went to Tuffy, and they said that the car is in really bad shape. The oil exploded all over the engine, the spark plugs, coils, pistons, they told me to take it to the dealer because there is a recall on some engine parts. When I called them, they said that there is no recall for what they would attribute to that problem, they told me to call Hyundai Corporate which in turn blamed the dealer. Shocking. All of you are scandalous and I will never being doing business with either of you ever again. I'm sorry that you think this is worth your reputation. My review is less than one star. You also have people saying they are management and aren't. I put a one for all the Management department because obviously they have no idea what's going on in their own company. More

Weird sales hand off. Spoke with internet sales John Booth (didn't know at that time) he passed me on to Luis Mora who then assigned me to Carolyn Toledo. I get there and ask for Carolyn. I'm told she's internet and I'm assigned to i dont know who. I cant remember the 4th name now. That person didn't know the deal we had discussed or anything info on hand off. I must have shown my irritation with the process and told him i was leaving. A few minutes later, Carolyn comes up and introduces herself. they said was "internet" (she wasnt) She was very pleasant. Signed a contract within 2hrs. When the car was presented out front, Car was filthy and still had trash, food bad and misc from previous owner. The car had a bad part and i was told it would be detailed and repaired on Monday. The interior detail was mediocre, no attention to detail. Exterior was ok. I had to clean cup holder and console area with a damp microfiber. More

I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN! I feel it was all a scam, a typical bait and switch! The car was listed for 5,999. they came back with a price of over $10,000.! when questioning wh I feel it was all a scam, a typical bait and switch! The car was listed for 5,999. they came back with a price of over $10,000.! when questioning why, I was told that $2,000 was tacked on $1,000for NOT having a trade in and $1,000 for NOT financing. When speaking to the manager he finally told me that he would sell me the car for $7,000. but I needed to get it with in 24 hours since the car was on the lot for 108 days and was going to auction. An appointment was set up for the next day at 2pm . We had 2 confirmation e mails and 2 phone calls, they wanted to know when we were on our way, (Which was a 2 1/2 hour drive) if we had insurance on the car etc. and at 1:47 13 minutes before we arrived I received a phone call that they sold the car!! But come in anyway since we were almost there because they said they had other cars that were comparable to what we saw only to show us cars for $13,000 and up. I do not being lied to or treated that way. I do not feel that they are reputable in any way. I give one stars because they didn't have an option where I could have given 0!! More

I probably would have given Universal Hyundai a 5 star rating except for the fact that they kept shifting the $$ around and did not sell me the vehicle I wanted for the price we had agreed on over the pho rating except for the fact that they kept shifting the $$ around and did not sell me the vehicle I wanted for the price we had agreed on over the phone. I flew to Orlando from Savannah, GA to buy this particular vehicle and felt disappointed at the tactics they used. However, they were quite nice while they were sticking it to me if that's worthy of any brownie points! More

The first time I saw the Hyundai Palisade, I knew that it would be my next new vehicle. I looked for about two months and talked to about twenty dealers. I truly thought the Palisade was just out of my pri would be my next new vehicle. I looked for about two months and talked to about twenty dealers. I truly thought the Palisade was just out of my price range. Then, I found Universal Hyundai. From the first time Deigo contacted me, until Alexis gave me my keys tonight, the service was amazing. Zero games. No ridiculous extra fees. Just simple, straightforward, honest service. Everyone at Universal, John, Alexis, Robert, and Deigo, all went above and beyond. I am so thankful to have found this dealership! I love my new Palisade! More

The only thing you can do, if you want to buy a particular vehicl The salespeople and managers treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. The only thing you can do, if you want to buy a particular vehicle, is agree with them. If you don't agree with them, they will simply keep repeating themselves as though they have been programmed with the information that the dealership wants you to hear. Since I had been searching for a particular make and model of car, and had my own financing, I went to the dealership. They told me my financing was wrong. I told them I had correct financing. They just kept telling me I was wrong and they could not accept my Finance Company Draft. I tried to tell them that all of the papers were properly documented. They still told me I was wrong. Once you accept what they are telling you (even though it is wrong), you can then begin the buying process. They ultimately, wanted to write up the contract on the car at a higher interest rate. As they put it, "we are not making any money on the car, so we have to make something on the backend by financing it. I relented and let them finance my car. My finance company told me to do so. In two weeks my finance company will refinance the loan at a lower rate. The dealership will get credit for the sale, but they won.t make anything on the backend. Fortunately my finance company worked with me, so I wouldn't have to pay the higher interest rate the Dealership "basically" forced me into doing, just so I could get the car I wanted. More
