I walked in 10 mins before closing and since I was from out of town I was really wanting to get a new ride for my husband to surprise him for Christma I walked in 10 mins before closing and since I was from out of town I was really wanting to get a new ride for my husband to surprise him for Christmas! I was lucky that Frankie was the one to help me. Never once did I feel pressured to buy or pressured to hurry up. They stayed until after midnight and my husband got the best Christmas surprise ever! I highly recommend Universal Hyundai. Wish I lived closer (4hrs away) so we can do service through them. I may make still make an effort to bring it here for routine service! Love you Frankie.
