Loved it ! It was very hassle free. I Went in to trade in my 2009 Nissan Versa that I was wayyyy upside down on. Going on I thought it was going to the typical It was very hassle free. I Went in to trade in my 2009 Nissan Versa that I was wayyyy upside down on. Going on I thought it was going to the typical sales man act plus I was alone when initially going into the test drive and discussing all payment options as many women will agree, that is never a comfortable situation anyway we discussed everything in a very comfortable environment. My sales guy was very patient with me lol the sale was finalized later in the afternoon, once my husband got there. Joel was very understanding and helpful and very mindful when discussing the finance options. I Walked out very happy and in LOVE with my brand new 2016 Elantra SE and pretty comfortable with my monthly payment. Thanks Universal Hyundai ! More
