Excellent experience I went in just to look at cars, not really planning to buy that day however, I was able to get such a great deal I couldn't turn it down. Everyone was I went in just to look at cars, not really planning to buy that day however, I was able to get such a great deal I couldn't turn it down. Everyone was so friendly and willing to work with me and my price range. Jinny was my sales person she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and got me the deal I wanted!! She waited with me and kept me company while I waited for paperwork and finance to be completed. It was very nice because I was feeling a little anxious at the time. Overall a great experience. Felix from finance was also wonderful!!! I would absolutely recommend universal Hyundai, Jinny, and Felix to my friends and family. More
