Being severely upside down, I didn't think that I would be able to trade my vehicle in, but they made it happen for me with ease. It is a fast paced very busy environment and my family and I felt welcomed and not rushed to purchase a vehicle. Jose Cepeda did a fabulous job consulting my parents and making them feel comfortable. Guillermo from finance finalized all the papers in a smooth transaction answering all of our questions. I will recommend others to visit this location.
