Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I originally just took my car in for regular maintenance and then this is what happened. We had the absolute pleasure of purchasing not one but two I originally just took my car in for regular maintenance and then this is what happened. We had the absolute pleasure of purchasing not one but two new vehicles. I was a Nissan Altima owner and wasn't quite happy with it so I decided to find my favorite sales guy, Charlie Peets, who had always taken such good care of us in the past. Charlie listened to our concerns and suggested we take a look at the Hyundai Sonata. Charlie is the Sales Manager for the Hyundai dealership and turned us over to his sales associate Juan Crespo. Juan too listened to our concerns and needs in a vehicle and suggested we trade in the Altima while there and purchase the Sonata. After test driving the Sonata and spending time with Juan, I fell in love with the car and the way it drove. Juan listened to exactly what I could afford and between him and Charlie discussing it came to me with an offer I couldn't refuse. No haggling, no tricks, no talking to another and another and another person. Simple, smooth, honest, cut and dry right Galant for a new Galant. Charlie talked to him about what he could offer him and we were out for another test drive in no time with Juan in another Sonata. Too funny. Charlie and Juan listened to what my husband needed and again, straight up, no BS, no haggling and before I knew it we were in the finance office signing the papers on both new cars. This was without a doubt a class act. This dealership is equipped with the nicest staff from the receptionist who offered to lock up my ipad and keep it safe while we walked around looking at cars to the sales personnel and the finance guy. It felt like we were all friends forever. Laughing and enjoying the entire experience. Thank you Juan and Charlie for being there for us and letting me call and text you a million questions as they come up and being happy about it each time. You are truly a gift to your trade. We will recommend you to everyone we know and will sing your praises from the rooftops. Never will I buy another car from any one else. More

worst place ive ever been to for car buying. I went to this dealership in hopes of trading in my car for a used car. When i arrived they asked me for my keys and checked my car out. I told them i I went to this dealership in hopes of trading in my car for a used car. When i arrived they asked me for my keys and checked my car out. I told them i was looking for a used car. I said i was interested in a Sonata, but they gave me a pamphlet for an elantra. I said over and over again i wanted a sonata. They then toted me around the entire new car lot looking at cars that were way to expensive for what i was looking for. It was like the sales rep wasn't even listening to me. He said i couldn't get a used car and that it had to be new, which is alot of BS since i talked to another dealer and they said it was fine. After going back and forth with them for 2 hours it seemed like i literally got up and left the table. These peope dont listen at all to what u want. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE i will never buy a car from them and i will never recommend this place. More
