Everyone that we came in contact with at this dealership was prompt, friendly and very helpful. They have a great atmosphere in the showroom, making it a much more comfortable setting. I really enjoyed my experience at Universal. Chris was a great salesman and very knowledgable. I did not enjoy the fact that the monthly payment that I was told on the phone went from 350.00 to 500.00+ upo great salesman and very knowledgable. Richard was proactive in keeping in contact with us in a search for our highly demanded car. Once our desired car was located, he was quick in getting our trade assessed and finishing the deal. We would be happy to work with him again in the future. Our only concern during the entire buying process was with the finance portion of the sale. Initially the finance rate quoted was significantly higher than what Hyundai advertised, despite our near perfect credit rating. However, when we questioned why we were not offered the advertised rate, it was then provided to us. More
