I am in the market for a new Elantra Limited. I spent a few hours with Bob & Kevin today. They would have made me a great deal on the car on the lot, but since I am in no hurry, I decided to wait for a spe few hours with Bob & Kevin today. They would have made me a great deal on the car on the lot, but since I am in no hurry, I decided to wait for a specific color to arrive. Bob was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Not pushy at all. After having spent a few hours at the VW place down the street with my two adult children, I really appreciated the professionalism I experienced at Universal Hyundai. It took two hours at the VW place to come to the conclusion there was not deal to be made. How can it take so long to get a simple answer? The kids came back with me to Universal. They looked at the numbers after taking a test drive, and within 15 mins they had their answers to make their decision. No bullying tactics, no waiting around to be drained and worn down. And the best deal they could put on the table right up front. I will be returning to see what kind of a great deal they will offer when the color elantra I am waiting for arrives. At least my sunday car shopping was not a waste of time. More

I recieved a flyer in the mail and decided to go in to check out Hyundai. I never thought I'd be interested in Hyundai but I was pleasently surprised at the quality! John was my representive and he's a great guy, he really listened to me when I told him what I was looking for. From color to car payment, he remembered what my goals were. Adam, the sales manager came over and I started to feel like it might be one of those high pressure tactics. However, he also understood what I wanted in a car and the payment that I needed to stay close too. I'm happy to say he did everything he could to make it happen; Which ultimately it did and I bought a Gorgeous 2012 Sonata! That's were Jose came in. He helped me with getting the loan paperwork all set and advised me on how I could get even more piece of mind for just a few dollars more a month. I actually didn't think I could afford anything else, but when I found out what he was offering, I would have had to be crazy to pass it up! The next day John called to invite me in again so he could show me how to use all the great high-tech gadgets in my new Sonata. I thought he'd rather be selling cars instead of doing that on a Sunday afternoon, but that was not the case at all. It was at that point it became very evident that the people at this dealership care about customer service above all else. By the way, that was a pleasent surprise too! Honestly, I will never buy a car anywhere else and neither should anyone in Central Florida! More
