I am 65 years young! Purchasing a new auto has not been a favorite task of mine during my lifetime. The quality that I have found most lacking in previous auto purchase experiences has been the personal inte favorite task of mine during my lifetime. The quality that I have found most lacking in previous auto purchase experiences has been the personal integrity found with the direct salesperson involved. I think that I may have found that personal integrity is not a lost trait when I met and worked with Universal Hyundai salesman John Booth. He demonstrated throughout the sales process that a salesperson with integrity can exist in the retail auto industry. I was also impressed with Jose Rivera - the dealership Finance and Insurance Manager with whom I met. Although I brought my own financing to the transaction - I asked for and he provided me with comparative leasing rates. In the end I decided to proceed with my own financing. I thought I was walking into a boiler room operation when I entered but was pleasantly surprised by the experience.The sales associate was very friendly courteous and professional.
