I was sold a used car with a headlight that didnt work. When I discovered the headlight didnt work, the sales man, Mr. Ahmed claimed he was out of town for a week and told me to come in on the following su When I discovered the headlight didnt work, the sales man, Mr. Ahmed claimed he was out of town for a week and told me to come in on the following sunday to get it fixed. The Friday before Sunday I was ticketed $114 by a police officer for a broken headlight. When Mr. Ahmed was called to rectify the situation which was clearly his fault he said he could nothing until the following work week. This is the worst experiance with a car dealer I have ever had. On Friday Sept 23rd I stopped by at Universal on route to my home. Looking for a 2010 or 11 Accent. CJ greeted me and offered to find me the car I was looking for. We went all around the lot twice while he t my home. Looking for a 2010 or 11 Accent. CJ greeted me and offered to find me the car I was looking for. We went all around the lot twice while he tried to sell me every other car they had. 4 times I reminded him I was only looking for an Accent and it had to have cruise control. Well I needed to tell him at least 5 more times before he trudged me off to the rear lot where detail cars are worked on. After 30 min or more we still didnt locate it so he led me inside. This is where he began to tell me what I could and counldnt afford and tried selling me a $13000 car instead of the $11000 one. I finally had it with him and asked him if he would give me the other $2000 and he gave me a look . He then went into the office to get me his card, 20 minutes later I walked out. On Sunday the 25th I figured I would give the a second chance. I saw another car for 12000 and called the internet sales dept. I spoke to Chad, he assured me that the previous experience was totally isolated and not normal for them. He offered to find the new used car for me and personally get hold of the keys so I could "check it out" with him. He would call me back in a 'few' minutes. Well 30 minutes later I called him, " im sorry xxxx I couldnt find it! " I asked how it is that 2 salesmen on different days looking for different cars couldnt find them !!! He explained that they sell (get this) 500 cars a week! wow thats a lot of cars! considering there were only 4 people in the showroom on Friday at 5pm this is a remarkable dealership. My opinion is they advertise cars they dont even have or sold days or weeks before just to sucker you in to oversell you. Dont trust this dealer, CJ or Chad they are all liars and will just waste your time. More
