John went out of his way to deliver my car. He sat with me for about 2 hours making sure Iunderstood the vehicle. He also reset my mirror so that it opened the garage. I am very happy with my gray Hyundai Sonata. Abi Dorta was extremely helpful. So, the time had come for me to look for another...and I had started going to various dealerships throughout the central Florida area. My visits were the typical car-searching experiences, but when I met Abi at Universal Hyundai, he went out of his way to help me with specifics that I really wanted - informing me of options that no other salesperson had suggested. I had started looking for a car closer to home, and had then progressively moved further and further away. The distance was well worth the find. Thanks to Abi for being so gracious and considerate. All of the people I dealt with in addition to Abi (Felix and the financing person)were a pleasure. So, this time, the ending of my car shopping was a positive experience...making future car buying excursions not a thing to be dreaded, knowing that I will go back to Universal Hyundai and Abi in the future. On Saturday May 21st 2011 I Ravi Balkaran (Co-buyer), my wife Tiffany Balkaran (primary buyer) test drove and purchased a brand new black 2011 Hyundai Sonata (VID# 5NPEB4AC5BH303331) located @ 12801 S. Orange Blossom Trail Orlando FL, 32837 along with salesman Mitchem, Robert Jay. Upon driving the vehicle we notice that the car was pulling to the right. We immediately let Mitchem Robert Jay know that the car was pulling to the right and he simply said that it can either be the tire pressure or needs an alignment that can be taken care of by the Hyundai service department. He told us to take it to the service department which was not open at the time we test drove the vehicle. We then called on Monday 5/23/2011 and made an appointment for Tuesday 5/24/2011 @ 8:00 AM. We took the vehicle to Universal Hyundai service department on Tuesday 8AM which is located @ 12801 S. Orange Blossom Trail Orlando FL, 32837. They kept the car and put me and my wife in a rental so they can find out what is the problem with the vehicle. Later that day Melissa Correa who is the service consultant called me and said the service technician worked on the vehicle by rotating the tires, adjusting the alignment. The Hyundai service technician also test drove the vehicle and according to them said it was fine. They wanted to keep the vehicle another day so they can test drive the vehicle a 2nd time to make sure that the problem is fixed. Upon test driving the vehicle for a 2nd time on May 25th 2011 someone hit the back of the new 2011 Hyundai Sonata. My wife and I are very upset, disappointed and unsatisfied. This dealer was recommended by USAA and they gave me a very good deal on a V6 but when I asked if they had any deals on the V8 they said of course. I was able to get a V8 for only $190.00 more than V6. Th very good deal on a V6 but when I asked if they had any deals on the V8 they said of course. They were also able to give me an outstanding interest rate that was so much lower than my preferred bank that I was able to get a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty and it cost me nothing compared to going with my financing from my bank. They really made shopping fun. I highly recommend them for having the best Genesis prices in the country. More

I started my search at Holler Hyundai, and they were also a pleasure to deal with. However, I ended up actually buying my car at Universal Hyundai because their inventory was larger and they had exactly what I was looking for. Hugo Ortiz, the internet sales manager at Universal Hyundai, was absolutely fantastic. He is just an all-around cool guy to deal with, and he took the time to really explain everything to me in detail -- from all the features of the car, to the entire sales process from start to finish. He even offered to follow me to drop off my rental car just in case Enterprise wasn't able to bring me back. And when it came time to actually sign the paperwork, the price they gave me was actually the price I paid. Naturally there are some additional dealer fees, processing fees, etc. -- but they all seemed very reasonable. Believe me, there were many dealerships where I felt like they were just giving me the price they thought I would pay and seeing how much they could take advantage of me. I really did not feel that way at Universal Hyundai. So I would highly recommend this dealership, and also suggest that you ask for Hugo : ) More
