First of all I would like to say how wonderful my sales-woman, Gina Plescia - Internet Manager, was!! I was looking for a 2007 Scion Tc. When I got there she was exactly what I expected, upbeat with a great attitude and made me feel as if my buying process was a priority to her. After test driving the vehicle I decided that was the car I wanted. During the long finance process, she was with me the whole time, I felt like I really got to know her. I even sat down with the Finance Manager and even though he was doing his job to sell the car at a higher price, he did everything he could to make me happy. I left there at night after a long and tiring day feeling like I was at the top of the world. I truly and honestly felt like every one assisted me with my best interest at hand. I highly recommend this dealership and I am likely to purchase from there again in the future! More

I walked into the dealership looking for a specific vehicle. I wanted a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport with a manual transmission. They had a black one in stock. After test driving it I decided to buy vehicle. I wanted a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport with a manual transmission. They had a black one in stock. After test driving it I decided to buy one. I was looking for a different color. We decided to take the black one after they offered some extras, such as scotchguard protection for 5 years and a roof rack - all for nothing. I used the AAA fleet discount price and got a great rate on the financing. I have since been contacted by the dealership asking how I'm doing and is there anything that they can do. I recently purchased a very nice used Honda Element from Glendale Mitusbishi. I found two low mileage units on Auto Trader. One dealer wanted a bit much for theirs. I then contacted internet sales at Glendale Mitsubishi and set up an appointment with Gina to see their vehicle. I'm located about a hundred miles from Glendale so I didn't want to drive up there and find the car had been sold. I drove up day after Christmas to look over the car and take it for a test drive. Gina was off that day so I met with Jojo for the inspection and test drive. The Carfax report was right in the window and the service records were in the glove box. Car was well taken car of and was recently serviced at Glendale Mitsubishi with oil change, new air filter, and the cabin air filters had also been replaced. Car looked and drove like new. After a brief negotiation with Jojo and Armen the general manager, I wrote them a deposit check for the Element and left. I returned the next day with a cashiers check for the balance and within an hour or so I was on the 5 driving back home. I should mention that they even filled the gas tank which they didn't have to do. The most difficult part of the deal was the three and a half hour drive each way two days in a row. I am very happy with the purchase and purchase experience. I would highly recommend giving Glendale Mitsubishi a look for a new or used vehicle. More

Overall my experience was good, I went there in the past and had a HORRIBLE service. A blonde woman with and accent and a man was working that day and they both had no clue what they were doing. Every time I tried to ask about my brakes or prices the woman had no clue on how to answer my questions. The man kept giving me prices that were so high and was unwilling or unable to explain why or what costed so much and break it down. My husband and I went for lunch and told the guy to call us when he knew the details for the brakes, and then to let us know when the car would be ready since we were waiting around for it....an hour went by I called and nothing. 2 hours went by and I called and no one answered the phone. I was so angry!!! I just wanted my car and to know about the brakes so I know what to do and move on with the rest of my saturday. When he finally called back he gave me a quote for the brakes and then told me it would be another hour if I chose to do it. I said NO! I just want my car and leave. I make it a point to only go to the dealer to get my care repaired, because I want to make sure I get quality service. The only reason I went back to this location is because it is the only dealer close to my house. THANK GOODNESS!!! For Chris being there. SO helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, quick, polite, gave me the break down, and when it would be ready. Hiring this guy made it to where I will for sure be back, Thank you for bringing him on board!!! And for not having the other two there, especially the woman who was useless. My only complaint is this: It is not Chris's fault but the technicians fault. I dropped off my car with low tire pressure specifically telling him to adjust it because the light was on. He said it is a mandatory thing that they have to do to do state law. Well when I picked up my car it was still on. Tire was soooo low. It's fine because I went to the gas station to fill it back up myself but I wish they would have done it when I asked them and when they said they would do it. Maybe they need to inspect the car properly before picking it up. I pay more to get it repaired at the dealer I EXPECT everything to be done when asked other wise I could go some where else or even cheaper to get my brakes done. More

I went to get oil and filter change. I was immediately attended to and I was treated well. My car had the 27 Point inspection report completed and I had a comfortable lounge area and was able to do some w attended to and I was treated well. He also noticed that one of my tires had a cut on it and advised me to change it to be safe which I changed today. Thatis what customers want. I'm impressed and appreciated it. Thank you. I had a great experience with Christopher R Woodson. I showed up with my 5 month old baby and brake lights that didn't work. I had a very easy process here, I worked with Gina and Jojo in the internet department and was a lot easier that I thought it would be. They have an incredible inventory. I have had the worst experience with this dealership. I have a 2008 Eclipse Spider, and Iv'e experienced problems from the start of my purchase. Every time Iv'e taken the car in for service all they say is have a 2008 Eclipse Spider, and Iv'e experienced problems from the start of my purchase. Every time Iv'e taken the car in for service all they say is "nothing is wrong with it". This last time my check engine light went on and my car was stalling and smoke was coming out from the back. Note:I had put a full tank of gas the same day this problem occurred from the same gas station that my family and I have been going to for years (Chevron). The following day they called me and said my gas tank had water in it. So, I went to the gas station and asked them if anyone had complained about a problem such as mine, and the answer was NO. If it was the gas station, I'm 100% sure everyone would have had the same problem and they also would have complained. The service adviser (Paul) told me I had to pay over $1,000.00 to fix this issue. So, I refused for them to attempt to fix it because I knew they were the ones responsible for the problem. Instead of fixing the problem, they blamed the gas station for having "water" in their gas. I figured I had nothing to lose, so I went back to get my car from Glendale Mitsubishi and towed my car to Calabasas Mitsubishi (which the service was excellent and everyone there was very nice and helpful). They kindly took my car and inspected it. A couple hours later my car was working fine and they did NOT find any water in my gas tank. Basically, Glendale Mitsubishi doesn't know what the xxxx their doing. They wanted to charge me for nothing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE!!!!! More

I am so unhappy with the way this dealer is being run. I have been driving maybe as long as he has been in this country and I know how to drive stick shift because thats all I drive and I know motor oil from water. I feel that they just lied from the begining. I was told I had the car at $12,864 and they some how added $1000.00 dollars and said it would be my rebate so the sale price came out to $13,874 with the rebate which it was not the case! $12,864 minus $1000.00 is $11,864 with the rebate and what they want me to believe is that I got the deal of a life time! The numbers I was showned on the paper did not match their final SALE! I was distracted by all their nice talk and smiles while I was in front of Chris the financer. But, it doesn't stop there. My NEW CAR, had a scratch and dirty and was given to me that way, plus an empty tank. I thought this was weird! And, when I came back to have it all redone and remove the scratch it tool 5 days to get it back. No one says the truth and no one knows anything in this place! I couldn't get anyone to help me find out what was going on and every manager or person gave me the runaround. I felt lied to agian and cheated. Then I got my car and it was dirty again and passanger seat stain with grease and dirt and no matts and so on. I was very upset and no one could get the car cleaned at that moment, so I took it again! I could go on, but it gets worse and I don't want to borre you. I finally stopped calling and I will approach them in August to see what they say and I want them to fix it and clean up their act and do some customer recovery and stop saying they will do something and not follow it up!!!
