Bad service I am extremely disappointed in the service I received or lack there of. I purchased this vehicle with a check engine light that was immediately servic I am extremely disappointed in the service I received or lack there of. I purchased this vehicle with a check engine light that was immediately serviced when it was noticed. I was told that is was just the moisture sensor in the gas cap. After it was serviced and the light was turned of when the service department restarted it, I was told if I had any problems i could bring it back. I brought it back and I was told that they couldn’t help me. They told me that the extended warranty that I purchased didn’t not cover it and that because I brought it to get serviced months after it was now my responsibility. According to them, a pipe that monitors the moisture has been damaged and it wasn’t like that when I purchased it. I feel I was sold this car with these damages and now they want me to pay for it. More

The staff was very friendly and they also professional. Paul and Armen were the employees who helped me. Armen was friendly and helped me with the paperwork. Best dealership experience was with Paul in the service depa Paul, definitely went out of his way to help me out with my Lancer GT. He is very knowledgeable in the cars, and was easily able to diagnose the probl Paul, definitely went out of his way to help me out with my Lancer GT. He is very knowledgeable in the cars, and was easily able to diagnose the problem. Once parts came in he had his team swap in a new transmission within three hours! He also checked everything else to make sure the car was running properly before it left the shop. More

Service was excellent The service guys are awesome (specially paul) very helpful and willing to work on the price. I came in for an oil change but after inspecting my car The service guys are awesome (specially paul) very helpful and willing to work on the price. I came in for an oil change but after inspecting my car , it had a oil sealant leak they warrantied the seal, and got my oil change for FRee and got my car washed. And if your buying a part that’s expensive ask them to give you a discount and their willing to give you their employee discount these guys are awesome. I would definitely keep coming back to the them More
