I was sold a Tesla Y and promised it came with a real Tesla Charger. They tried to give me a non functional beat up one with no way to plug it in. The car is still connected to to previous owner and I’m getting the runaround from the dealer. Sorry to say this has been one of my worst buying experiences. I hope they make things right. At this point buyer’s remorse is setting in. I need the Tesla in my name and A REAL TESLA CHARGER that was promised during the negotiations. So stressful to have to deal with this avoidable situation. I hope no one else has these types of issues. More

Poor communication. I had to call multiple times to make sure that the wire transfer went through. Short staffed and the car was not detailed as promised.
