Chris was a gentleman, he understood us and got us a great SUV within our budget. He was available for us every time we called from PR and when we get to FL we already have a car and a financial institu great SUV within our budget. I went to Universal Nissan on June 24, to look at my options of trading in my 2015 Chevy Captiva for a Rogue SV. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. From the moment I arrived to the tim options of trading in my 2015 Chevy Captiva for a Rogue SV. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. From the moment I arrived to the time I left the dealership, not only were they courteous and professional, but wait did I tell you I walked out with my 2019 Nissan Rogue SV. My salesman Ahmed pulled all the rabbits out of hat to make sure I got what I wanted and was satisfied from start to finish of the buying process. It was stress free. Also, the finance guy Bill also was great, he didn’t try to sell me the entire dealership but tried to give me the best financing to fit my budget. Wonderful experience overall! More
