Phenomenal customer service I was the victim of a total loss accident and came in to just look around at different options of vehicles. When I walked in a very nice gentleman Ger I was the victim of a total loss accident and came in to just look around at different options of vehicles. When I walked in a very nice gentleman Gerard was the first one to step up and help me. I began looking at the Nissan Maxima, after test driving the base model I was slightly interested but was not ready to buy. I was brought over to a certified pre-owned Maxima Platinum and absolutely fell in love. The price was perfect for all the amenities included with the car. The finance team was extremely helpful in getting my payments to an optimal price and term that I can afford. This is my second new car purchase and I must say I was extremely impressed when comparing this experience to my last. I truly do appreciate the kindness and generosity of everyone involved in my purchase and would be happy to say I would do it all over again! More
