Already the big caravan does not turn off the headlights! I believe that the review team is not reviewing the vehicles properly, it would not indicate Universal to any customer More

Scammers I purchased a vehicle from universal nissan on December 11 drive home and two days after purchase the car stalled on me in traffic. Contacted the deal I purchased a vehicle from universal nissan on December 11 drive home and two days after purchase the car stalled on me in traffic. Contacted the dealership and got no response for another 2 days. I told them to resolve the issue or I would file a BBB implant as well as a complaint with the office of consumer affairs. Still no response so I filed a complaint after taking the car for a diagnostic at another nissan dealer and was advised they sold me the vehicle with a bad alternator and showed me the detail from the diagnostic they had run. I have since repaired the car and requested a reimbursement which the shop has since refused to Provide. if you decide to buy a car don't go here they hound you with texts and phone calls to get you to come in and once you purchase they are nowhere to be found to help you resolve your concerns. I can say without hesitation I have never dealt with a more dispicable dealership. RUN.. don't walk!!! as far away and to another dealership for your money. You will be better served. More
