Fast, easy & excellent I leased an Altima in 2014 and was interested in exchanging my lease to purchase something bigger. Super friendly staff, neat facilities and fast service. After being rejected by another dealer who offered all kinds of perk but couldn't approve me, I went to Universal Nissan and did not have to be there all day, the process was fast and painless and most importantly, I was approved. Alexis Mangual (salesperson) was exceptional! He explained everything about the car I needed to know, guide me through the process and helped me get the car I wanted. He went above and beyond to help this deal happen. His manager Deya, and Finance person Josh were extremely helpful and friendly as well. I walked out of there with a brand new Nissan Altima with a special edition package. I am super happy and will recommend to my friends and family. More
