Unethical practice I am a teacher. I went to get a purchase order for the residual on my lease. the lease clearly states the fee is $300 for purchase. they added on $7 I am a teacher. I went to get a purchase order for the residual on my lease. the lease clearly states the fee is $300 for purchase. they added on $789.00 for Dealer Pre-Delivery, even though I have the car already. After I presented them with a cashier's check, they tried to pull their own loan and deceive me into signing for one. More

Great customer experience I went in just browsing and no intention on actually taking my time and shopping, after a short while I noticed myself speaking with a wonderful gentl I went in just browsing and no intention on actually taking my time and shopping, after a short while I noticed myself speaking with a wonderful gentleman named AHMAD. Long story short he actually treated me unlike any car salesman has before. He was very nice and straight forward and actually took his time with me and before I knew it I found myself in a new car.
