Best experience ever I went to have my car serviced and ended up purchasing a new car. Patrick Ramirez was a phenomenal salesman. He listened, was friendly, and went out I went to have my car serviced and ended up purchasing a new car. Patrick Ramirez was a phenomenal salesman. He listened, was friendly, and went out of his way to make sure that I was happy. Patrick was not pushy and wanted what I wanted in a vehicle. The finance person, Norm, was excellent also. He explained everything in great detail and made sure all the paperwork was in order. I really appreciate all of the hard work Patrick, Jay, Alberto, and Norm did to make my experience at Nissan a positive one. I absolutely love my new Rogue!!! More

IT FEELS AWESOME GETTING WHAT YOU DREAMED OF !!!! I really appreciated robin Johnson and his patience with me and getting exactly what I said I wanted. this is the first time ever in my life I got exa I really appreciated robin Johnson and his patience with me and getting exactly what I said I wanted. this is the first time ever in my life I got exactly what I wanted in a car. I have been enlove with Nissan altimas since 1995. It took me 20 years to finally have confidence to go get one and not settle for what the sales people picked out for me, Robin did not haggle me or try to talk me into what he wanted me to have. He said if you gonna pay for a car pay for what you want. I have no regrets even with my payment being higher than I wanted I still feel like I won and got exactly what i wanted. this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I recommend universal Nissan and Robin Johnson to everyone I absolutely love my car. Thanks More
