Eduardo Del Rio was wonderful to work with. We went in with a specific car in mind, he took us on the lot to look at the inventory and take a test drive. We went back in after the test drive and started to work on pricing, after getting almost to the final stage we changed our minds and decided our first choice was too small and we wanted to look at another vehicle. Eduardo was very accommodating to us, he discarded all the previous paper work and started over from scratch with us with a smile on his face the whole time. We ended up in the right vehicle for us at a great price all with the help of Eduardo. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a car and I would recommend Universal Nissan and Eduardo to anyone looking to buy a new car. More

We were immediately greeted when we arrived to the dealership. We did not have to wait very long before we were able to see John Dias. John gave us as much time as we needed to discuss the cars that dealership. We did not have to wait very long before we were able to see John Dias. John gave us as much time as we needed to discuss the cars that we might want to see. He was happy to take us for test rides in any of the vehicles we desired to see. He was very helpful in explaining the differences between each vehicle. Once we decided on the vehicle he was quick to get us the pricing information. He worked with us during the negotiation process and was able to get us what we desired. After working with Finance, which was very, very helpful, Eduardo went over the entire vehicle with us. He made sure that we understood everything and gave us all of his contact information if we needed anything later. The overall experience at this dealership was great. We were treated very well before, during and after the sale. We would say the it was a great experience thanks to John, Eduardo and other staff that was involved with our deal. We would have no problem at all recommending anyone to Universal Nissan. More
