This dealership has the WORST customer service. I purchased in 07 a 08 Titan SE Flex. WITH A TOWING PACKAGE. here it is 2013 and I just now go to use the towing hitch and plug everything in and WOW t purchased in 07 a 08 Titan SE Flex. WITH A TOWING PACKAGE. here it is 2013 and I just now go to use the towing hitch and plug everything in and WOW there are no towing relays.... So I call in and was transferred to Sales where someone picked up the phone and left it off the hook. Well all I hear is a guy telling another associate that this customer is going to be mad there are no relays. So I hang up and call back again to be transferred to a sales manager Josh. He calls me back and tells me that they are 109 bucks and that he would do me a favor at his cost of 70 bucks... WHAT THE HECK... I bought this truck WITH TOWING PACKAGE and there trying to charge me for the towing relays??? More

WOW!! What an experience we had sopping here. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were treated with respect and kindness. My Hyundai Santa Fe was recently totaled. In my search for the same car, I found the car I was looking for on Universal Nissan's website. I made a call to find out the price of the Santa Fe that I found for the same car, I found the car I was looking for on Universal Nissan's website. I made a call to find out the price of the Santa Fe that I found online. Eduard Del Rio was the person that I spoke to on the phone. Eduardo was helpful, professional and courteous with me in answering my questions regarding the vehicle. I had asked Eduardo to keep me informed on the status of the vehicle. The next day (not 24 hours later), Eduardo called me to inform me that the price had dropped and that if I was interested in the vehicle I should come look at the car as there were other members on his sales team who also had interest in the car. Knowing that I was extremely interested in this vehicle, I immediately left work and headed to Universal Nissan where Eduardo greeted me. I was able to purchase the Hyundai Santa Fe, only due to Eduardo's attention to detail and customer service phone call to me, making this an opportunity to me. If Eduardo hadn't called me, I would still be in search of the vehicle to purchase. I will also say that this dealership had priced the certified pre-owned vehicle better than the competition, as I had done my homework with price comparisons. Thank you Eduardo for a job well done! Our experience was one of our best experience we have ever had in any dealership. John Dias took his time with us, never rush us.
