So let me just start by saying I have pretty bad credit. And didn't have much of a down payment, either. So I really wasn't expecting much, or expecting to drive off with an actual car. I had gone online and looked hopelessly at cars in the inventory. But I had looked lots of places. The first time I called, Eduardo let me speak with another customer purchasing a vehicle. But I'll be honest: it really just sounded like another salesperson to me. Again, I didn't have high expectations and I had had pretty dismal results elsewhere so...I kind of let it go at that. But...I still needed a car. I got an email from Eduardo, letting me know I hadn't been forgotten, so I figured I would give him a bit of an explanation. And he let me know that he thought he could do something for me. But...all salesmen say that, right? But there was no pressure or push. Just a matter of fact statement: I think we can help you out. There are some good deals going on. It was a big dealership, so I decided to see how much "help" they could really give me. But there was one problem: I needed a car because I didn't have one. At all (no, trade, just two feet and a bus pass). So they picked me up. From home. Eduardo got to know me, and what I was looking for exactly. He understood what my concerns were about purchasing a new-to-me vehicle. And he found me a deal that I never expected. And in the car that I wanted (actually, the very car and color I've been wanting for the past two years!) The sales process took a while, but I suppose that's normal. During the wait, he got my daughter some snacks as I worked with the finance department. My daughter is young, and started getting antsy, so the Finance man (I forgot your name, sorry!) gave her some paper and markers to color with. Even though the dealership was very busy that day, Eduardo took time to walk me through all the features and aspects of the car, then took pictures of me in my new car when my phone died. He helped me set up the car and get adjusted, and even helped me plan the route home before I took off. I didn't buy a luxury vehicle or brand new model. I wasn't dropping thousands of dollars cash. I probably was more work and effort for them than a regular customer with average credit or better. But I was treated with every courtesy and felt important and taken care of., and understood. And at the end of this long day, I drove home happy. More
Aaron was a great help in finding a car that fit me. He sat through countless test drives until i found my car. Knowledgeable about the cars and if there was something he didn't know about a car he would f sat through countless test drives until i found my car. He also got my payments to a very reasonable rate for me being a first buyer.If you go to Universal Nissan, I highly recommend you ask for Aaron if you want someone who actually cares about his costumers and not try to sell you the first car you see on the lot. This dealership has the WORST customer service. I purchased in 07 a 08 Titan SE Flex. WITH A TOWING PACKAGE. here it is 2013 and I just now go to use the towing hitch and plug everything in and WOW t purchased in 07 a 08 Titan SE Flex. WITH A TOWING PACKAGE. here it is 2013 and I just now go to use the towing hitch and plug everything in and WOW there are no towing relays.... So I call in and was transferred to Sales where someone picked up the phone and left it off the hook. Well all I hear is a guy telling another associate that this customer is going to be mad there are no relays. So I hang up and call back again to be transferred to a sales manager Josh. He calls me back and tells me that they are 109 bucks and that he would do me a favor at his cost of 70 bucks... WHAT THE HECK... I bought this truck WITH TOWING PACKAGE and there trying to charge me for the towing relays??? More
I would like to edit my previous review. I was looking at many dealerships' websites and found a good deal online for a pre-owned vehicle at this dealership. I made an appointment to see the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle even though it did not have some of the features I had hoped for. I noticed some issues with the vehicle as I was leaving dealership. The manager is working on having the issues repaired. I appreciate the manager's follow up with me. They want to provide good customer service. The dealership is large, clean and the employees are very friendly. More
