In fact, when we test drove the first car at the other dealer, he really didn't tell us anything about it other than a couple of features. John knew his stuff. He went from bumper to bumper on information about the vehicla and also all the warrenties. He had me sold at "hello" pretty much! :) I think he is by far the best salesman and I wouldn't even call him that.
