Our experience was a complete bait and switch. They told us that they had a specific car on the lot and we were even told they were pulling the keys so that the car would not be sold before we got there, la us that they had a specific car on the lot and we were even told they were pulling the keys so that the car would not be sold before we got there, later that day. When we arrived the car they tried to sell us was completely different. No leather, no sun roof etc. The sales manager and salesman were very disrespectful and rude. We feel that they knew that the car that they showed on their Internet site was never in their lot. They just wanted to get us to the showroom and force something else on us knowing that we were in desperate need of a car that day. Well we did not nor we will ever buy it from Universal Nissan of Orlando. Horrible experience More

I just want to commend Tarik and Axel, associate and manager, at Universal Nissan in Orlando, Florida, for the most enjoyable sales experience I've ever had at a Car Dealership. My wife and I thoroughl manager, at Universal Nissan in Orlando, Florida, for the most enjoyable sales experience I've ever had at a Car Dealership. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the time spent there to look for a suitable vehicle within the confines of a fixed income budget. We literally viewed dozens of vehicles before a selection was made and not once did the pair become anxious to finish the search. They would always insist that customer satisfaction is their number one goal and that is exactly what we got, satisfaction. We will highly recommend Universal Nissan to all our friends and relatives, telling them that Universal Nissan is the place to go to buy a vehicle, without the customary hassle normally associated with buying a car. I went to 4 different dealership before going to universal nissan and I can say that I got the best customer service here. Tarek did a great job and was very patient with us.
