Buying a car is usually a stressful experience however here everything went smooth and the staff was amazing! I was introduced to Eduardo Del Rio by a friend who had recently purchased from Mr. Del Rio. I had a very low score and really doubted that I would be leaving Universal Nissan with a vehicle except with my recently purchased from Mr. Del Rio. After being turned down by primary banks I was not feeling the realization of good news. Eduardo kept insisting on a bit more money down and he was able to find Santander bank to pick up my financing. I would like to thank management at Universal Nissan for employing such a non pushy talented individual. I am originally from NJ and retired to Orlando and its been a wonderful experience thus far. I was skeptical at first since I had been turned down numerous times at other car dealerships. I really wasn't expecting anything different from Universal Nissan but just decided to stop by. I received a Capital One mailer thinking that I was able to purchase a vehicle for $30k from Universal Nissan. I made an appt with Eduardo Del Rio and when I met him reality sunk in. He explained that it wa to purchase a vehicle for $30k from Universal Nissan. I made an appt with Eduardo Del Rio and when I met him reality sunk in. He explained that it was a pre approval and although I had bad credit I assumed that with the mailer I was in a perfect situation to buy. After several turn downs from banks I was sick to my stomach BUT Eduardo never gave up. I was finally approved and drove off with my new Sentra. To make matters more interesting my 20 year old daughter was with me and he said a good possibility existed that she can also get into a new vehicle. Sure enough Shalon drove off with her new Versa hatchback. We love you dearly Mr. Del Rio for making a dream a reality and thank you Universal Nissan. More
