I had a very difficult situation where I was upside down in one vehicle, but needed to get a new vehicle for myself and my teenage daughter. Called to speak to dealership about a new Quest. Rebates were great and I had a trade in. Set up almost everything over the phone and through email. Went after work on Friday to get my trade appraised. Di were great and I had a trade in. Set up almost everything over the phone and through email. I made an appointment to see Eduardo and was greeted promptly and he was very friendly. I went in to just browse and ask general questions. He made me feel at ease and there was little pressure.
