I had a very wonderful experience!!! I searced online for a Nissan Altima and I found one on Universal's website!!! It had a great price and very low miles!!! I called and was connected to Chris Oliva. He a Nissan Altima and I found one on Universal's website!!! It had a great price and very low miles!!! I called and was connected to Chris Oliva. He immediately went to work and emailed me the information about the car. We set up a meeting time and I came in that evening and test drove the car. After, we got the paper work together and I left in my new car!!! The process was smooth and seamless and Chris was very friendly and helpful!! I'd recommed them to anyone! More

Both my wife and I were very pleased with our purchase and how smooth the process went. We visited other dealerships and because of the unique nature of our situation no one seemed to be able to help us. and how smooth the process went.
