These were the primary aspects of the experience that were so positive, but I was also impressed with the greeting, the appearance of the dealership, and the high-energy environment. More

Eduardo truly considered and explored my needs and wants. I had to remind myself that he was a car salesman, because it felt as if I had a friend helping me with a difficult decision. As usual there was a frustration with the length of time the process took, but that apperas to be par for the course. We had some frustration relating to some items that were out of their control: 1) We were not happy with the restrictions Hyundai placed upon us in terms of exterior and interior colors. We did not like the yellowish (?camel) leather that was obligatory with the certain exterior color options. Why was this? I would have preferred the red exterior, but we could not stomach the leather color that came with it. 2) My 2nd option was to get a Blue exterior with the grey leather, but there were none of these available, even after waiting 2 weeks. This was disappointing as well. So we had to wait a long time for our third exterior color choice. In any event, I now have my car and I'm happy with its performance thus far. We'll see if it holds up as well as the other three Hyundais that I've purchased over the years. More
