This was by far the best experience we have had with purchasing a new car. Everyone from our sales person to the finance officer was extremely friendly and polite. We did not feel any pressure at any time and actually test drove a few different models to make sure we were purchasing the right car for us. Our salesperson (John Booth) was extremely patient with us and when we decided which car we wanted he went over the entire car with us to make sure we didn't have any questions. We were shown around the dealership and service departments for future reference so we would know where to go and were made to feel like we were truly appreciated as customers. We will be recommending this dealership and salesperson to all our family and friends and will go there for any future service visits. Their customer service is outstanding! More

He wasn't pushy. We knew what we wanted when we went in there and got exactly that. I was hesitant about the gap insurance but actually was thankful when I had a near head on collision the next day. I would not recommend to anybody to service their car at Universal Nissan. I have Nissan myself and I love the car, however the service experience was horrible. I made an appointment for Tuesday and took da Universal Nissan. I have Nissan myself and I love the car, however the service experience was horrible. I made an appointment for Tuesday and took day off so that they can do safety inspection for my car. I dropped of the car around 8am and was told it will be ready for pick up at 2pm, however at 1pm I received a phone call from service technician telling me he won't be able to get to my car today and if I want the service I need to leave it overnight and pick up next day in the morning. Needless to say half a day was wasted. I just wish they would tell me earlier that they are overbooked and will not be able to perform the service and I had an option to take it somewhere else. More
