His patience, kindness, and willing demeanor truly exceeded my expectations. He definitely demonstrated how Universal Nissan is the best ever because of their devotion to the needs of the potential customers/current customers. Chris was able to assist me in trading in my 2012 Nissan Versa that I did not care for because of the color and acquiring another one with the color I desired most in the shortest amount of time. He was able to work with his superiors to provide me with the best trade in experience I have ever had. I appreciate everything Universal Nissan has done for me coming from another Nissan dealership to this breath of fresh air. Sultan is a very nice and knowledgeable man. I did not plan to drive off that same day with my 2011 Nissan Rogue but I did. We discussed the monthly price and were pretty satisfied with our price!
