After searching for a used car for several days, I was tired and exasperated. I made the drive to Universal Nissan/Hyundai not expecting to purchase a car, but was pleasantly surprised to be leaving with tired and exasperated. I made the drive to Universal Nissan/Hyundai not expecting to purchase a car, but was pleasantly surprised to be leaving with a pre-owned Nissan Sentra that was in absolutely wonderful condition. I was very impressed with the quality of service provided to me at the dealership. The sales staff were friendly and informative, and the sales associate whom I specifically worked with, Josh Craig, was able to answer all of my questions and address my concerns in a timely manner. No one was pushy or campy, and all of my options (based on my preferences and budget) were explained to me with simple pros and cons and comparisons (I'm not the most car savvy person out there, so it was nice to have everything explain to me in layman's terms). I spent about 3 hours at the dealership (between filling out paperwork and test driving several vehicles), and ended up with a great deal on my new-used car. I would highly recommend checking out Universal Nissan/Hyundai's selection...they are one of the largest dealerships in Orlando, and I was definitely not disappointed with the amount of options I had, even on my tight budget. (They have a FREE manicurist and soda fountain...it's a no brainer.) More
