I went to Universal Nissan Orlando on Sunday Oct. 16th and when I walked in was greeted by Mike Jahangir...Mike was very accomodating in all areas to help me make the decision as to which automobile was b and when I walked in was greeted by Mike Jahangir...Mike was very accomodating in all areas to help me make the decision as to which automobile was best suited for me...I came there being interested in the 370Z...Mike was very patient and helpful....I sort of decided that the 370Z wasn't really suitable for me....so he suggested the Altima, 2 door and this was available in the color I preferred, which was Silver...so he allowed me to go for a test drive and during this time....Mike explained so many great features about this vehicle and each one he talked about, he also demonstrated and explained. All the features were very impressive to me and Mike was so accomodating and helpful in every way...I was very impressed with this vehicle and decided that this car was for me...so the deal was closed with the right dollar amounts....I drove the car off the lot Sunday Evening and I can say I highly recommend that you ask for Mike when you go there to look for a vehicle...this is my 2nd car from Universal Nissan Orlando and they are GREAT to deal with...No pressure to purchase...and Mike was very patient and understanding in so many ways. I was introduced to Universal Nissan Orlando through Consumer Report after getting the run around and bad car price quotes from other car dealerships. John Booth called me back the next day and let me know that he did not care what time he left that car lot he was determined to sell me my dream car at an affordable price. When I arrived at Universal nissan orlando, I was greeted with a handshake,a smile and he showed me around the car dealership. I was interested in a 2012 Hyaundai Sonata Gls package 2 in a pacific blue color. We searched the front part of the car lot and we could not find that particular color. John was so determined to find my car that he drove us around the entire car lot. Finally after a few minutes of searching, John saw the pacific blue color that I wanted but it was the SE version. I was shocked to find out that this car was priced lower then what the other car dealer was trying to sell me for the Gls package 2 deal. My overall experience was lovely. John and the entire dealership made me feel right at home and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in buying a new car.Thank you John Booth and the entire Universal Nissan Orlando staff for selling me my dream car.
