Michael Vand was the salesman that helped us, and he immediately catered to our needs. We looked at a Nissan Altima initially, but the total amount was not in our budget. We then told him what we wanted to spend, and asked him what was available for the price. He found us a 2009 Nissan Sentra which is great on gas and a smooth ride. We are happy with our new purchase. Michael worked with us, and was very informative and knowledgeable about not only the vehicle, but also explained how the credit and financial side of the business worked. We have never had someone explain it so thoroughly to us at a dealership before. Yes, we understand that selling cars is a business, but we did not feel that we were being mislead in any way. Michael was honest with us, and allowed us to make an afordable and comfortable decision without any pressure to make the sale. This was a great experience, and I would recommend Michael Vand, and the Universal Orlando team to anyone looking to buy a quality car with a feeling of assurance. More

AS MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND WALK INTO THE DEALERSHIP WE WERE GREETED BY MIKE JAHANGIR, WHICH DIRECT US TO THE SECRETARY. WHICH TOOK MY NAME AND REASON FOR MY VISIT AND THEN MIKE J. TOOK US INTO THE LOT WHERE HE SHOWS US THE MANAGER SPECIAL NISSAN ALTIMA (SILVER) AS WALKING TOWARD THE CAR MY HUSBAND TOLD MIKE J. THAT WE DON'T WANT TO MAKE HIGH MONTHLY PAYMENTS, MIKE J. WAS ASSURE THAT THIS CAR WAS GREAT DEAL FOR THE MONEY.HE ALSO SHOWS US THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS CAR AND THE OTHERS. AT FIRST I DIDN'T LIKE THE COLOR BUT I KNOW THAT I DIDN'T WANTED NEITHER BLACK OR WHITE. MIKE J. TAKE US ON TEST DRIVE. THEN WE WENT BACK TO THE SHOWROOM WHERE WE HAD TO COME TO DEAL. AFTER NEGOTIBLE FIGURES WAS NOT GETTING TO OUR BUDGET WITH MIKE J. WE MEET WITH THE SALE MANAGER, THERE WAS ABOUT TO BE A DEAL, WHICH MAKE ME BELIEVE I HAVE COME TO RIGHT PLACE TO GIVE MY BUSINESS, BUT NOW ADDING GAP INSURANCE THE FIGURES WENT OVER BUDGET SO WE MEET THE FIANCIAL MANAGER WHICH HELP US TO COME TO DEAL. BUT ALL THROUGH THIS MIKE J. AND HIS MANAGER TEAM PROVIDED US WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES. I WOULD LIKE TO THANKS MIKE J. AND HIS MANAGERS FOR MAKING THIS DEAL POSSIBLE. More
This experience was overall terrible, I would stay as far away as possible from this dealership, and I remember my wife calling the employee's sharks. (She was right) This was the worst experience possible. The sales rep Charlie Peets had no idea how to sell a car, even admitting he had only been selling cars for a short time. This is very un-professional from him showing the lack of confidence and ability to sell me a car. I was right. This man had no knowledge of cars, at all. Then I was introduced to his overly excited sales manager Chris Keller, that seemed to know nothing about the car he was trying to sell me, and more worried about telling me about how to guide my family in the right direction for life like he was some preacher at a church and challenging my decision making as a man to make the right choice for my family in buying this car. Rather than help me make the right choice. The employee's at Universal Nissan are more focused in answering the questions you never had, rather than answering the ones you do. We spent hours bouncing around prices, that I had to come back the next day to do it again, and then I was introduced to the financial manager Ed Haberek. Who generally I had no complaints about, everything went as should, except for some hidden costs, but that should have been covered by the sales manager at the time of talking about payments. The worst part of all was at the time of keys exchange I got one key and no clicker. This was by far my biggest let down. My wife and I share this car. When I asked about it, I was told id have to pay $126.18 for one more key, plus $466.04 for two clickers. That’s $592.22 in keys and clicker that should have been standard with every car. Final thoughts, a deal was obviously made. We needed a car and got one at a decent payment. However, the task was exhausting, frustrating, stressful, disappointing. More
