Between decideing on a new or used vehical both Brett and Mike did everything they could to meet the needs we wanted as well as hit the target price range and finaning we were comfortable with. First and foremost, my sales associate Brett Livingston was great. He was very friendly, straight forward and helpful. He spent most of the previous day helping me test drive different cars, but I ultimately did not purchase that day. Most dealerships would try to keep you stranded there. Universal did not. They made it easy for me to go on my way. I came back the next day late in the evening to make the purchase. By the time we were finished with the paperwork, it was 10 pm. Brett still took an extra hour to walk me through how to use all the features in my car. And he was still friendly and had his sense of humor! He followed up with me the next day as well. His personal attention even after the sale was made was really appreciated. Universal Nissan itself made the experience very easy. I don't like spending all day negotiating a price, so I arranged a pricing agreement with an online service that referred me to Universal Nissan. Although I ended up choosing a different model, Universal honored the pricing agreement and did not try to negotiate or alter the pricing. I imagine every other dealership would have tried to negotiate a different price to get more money. I love the car, and part of that is the smooth experience I had at the dealership. More

I purchased a vehicle from this location 2 years ago and decided to go back when it was time to trade my car in even though there is another Nissan dealership closer to my house.
